A missing person’s report ends tragically for the family of an 86-year-old Washington County, Tennessee man. Deputies were called out Saturday afternoon to Jay’s Drive, near Boone Lake. The 911 call came from the the mans caretaker. When officers arrived they saw the elderly man had fallen down an embankment and hit his head on rocks.
