Johnson City police tell News Channel 11 they’ve arrested John Anthony Tucker, 33, after they got a phone call from a woman telling 911 that she was being assaulted. When officers got to the scene, Tucker started running away. The victim told police Tucker pushed her to the ground and started hitting her. She also said he pulled a box cutter type knife. Officers soon found Tucker at a nearby home. He was arrested and placed under a $10,000 bond and will show up in court Tuesday afternoon. C…
