ELIZABETHTON — A Carter County woman who appeared in Sessions Court on Tuesday on a charge of promotion of methamphetamine manufacturing is now facing 13 additional charges after she was arrested on a grand jury indictment.Jennifer Elaine Glover, 41, 339 Fork Mountain Road, appeared before Sessions Court Judge John Walton on one charge of promotion of methampehtamine manufacturing. She was bound over to a grand jury on that charge.Deputy Mark McClain of the Carter County Sheriff’s Department arrested Glover on the charges handed down by a Nov. 8, 2013 grand jury. The 13 charges stem from Glover’s alleged purchase of cold medicine containing psuedoephedrine, a key ingredient in the manufacture of methamphetamine.Glover is scheduled to answer the charges during the next session of Criminal Court.
