Seth Green of Bluff City is planning the “Smokey Mountain Medical Marijuana Rally” for February 8th in Johnson City. Green said he hopes the rally educate people about the use of medical marijuana and to provide support for medical marijuana users.Green has cerebral palsy. He said he is in pain constantly and the only thing that relieves his symptoms without side effects is marijuana. “People should have a right to use it and experience it,” said Green.
