In celebration of the Martin Luther King Jr. holiday, the New Vision Youth in partnership with the Kingsport Parks and Recreation, and South Central Kingsport Development held a free movie and popcorn event. The event included a screening of a documentary about Dr. King and the screening of the Oscar nominated movie, 12 Years a Slave.
