Has a much discussed piece of legislation in Nashville now become a political football right in the middle of an election year? Washington County Mayor Dan Eldridge says yes. Rep. Micah Van Huss (R-District 6) says no. This all comes at a time when legislation that would let voters decide when properties can be annexed continues to move forward in the Tennessee Legislature.
