One person is dead and two injured after a crash in Carter County Saturday night.It happened around 7 p.m. on SE Highway 362 (Gap Creek Road). According to a report from the Tennessee Highway Patrol, the driver, Joey Greenwell, 37, was traveling North on Highway 362 in a construction zone.
