Carter County Director of Schools talks about alleged stapling incident

The Carter County Director of Schools is spoke with News Channel 11 about allegations that put a substitute teacher behind bars. The Carter County Sheriff’s Office charged substitute teacher Alisha Lynn Cook with three counts of simple assault. Cook is accused of using a stapler to drive staples into the arms of three students at Central Elementary School.
