Tiny fundraisers grabbed their two- and three-wheeled vehicles Wednesday morning to take part in a Trike-a-thon supporting St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. Kids at the East Tennessee State University Child Study Center, a daycare located on Signal Drive just west of the college campus, took part in the annual event by first asking friends and family to support them in raising money for St. Jude. As a celebration of their efforts, participating children took to the daycare parking lot to ride their bicycles and tricyles in the Trike-a-thon.
