GREENEVILLE — Greene County Sheriff’s Office deputies have arrested four people on accusations they were marketing the synthetic drug known as “bath salts.”Tosha Franklin, Chris Key, Tiffany Norton, and Joshua Hinkle were each charged with possession of a schedule V narcotic with the intent to deliver and possession of drug paraphernalia.Sheriff Steve Burns said a vehicle valued at approximately $12,000 and approximately $3,000 in cash also were seized in the arrests. General Sessions Judge Ken Bailey Jr. ordered all four held without bond.The arrests followed a bath salts roundup earlier in this week in Greene County. Franklin also was charged in that case.
