KINGSPORT — A Kingsport woman’s decision to post a Facebook video of her fighting a juvenile has prompted her own arrest, along with two additional adults who didn’t immediately intervene, appearing to encourage the confrontation.Robbie Bowlin, 41, and Rebecca Bowlin, 38, each of 423 Sequoyah Drive, Kingsport, are charged with contributing to the delinquency of a child. Rebecca Bowlin is additionally charged with disorderly conduct, as is the woman who arrived at their home and spurred the incident, Brandi E. Pishner, 25, of 3860 Rocky Hill Lane.According to affidavits filed in Kingsport General Sessions Court, on Thursday Kingsport police were made aware of the video.
