I-40E lanes in N.C. reopen after chemical truck crash; one westbound lane remains closed

Eastbound lanes of Interstate 40 reopened Monday afternoon between Asheville, N.C. and the Tennessee state line, but one of the westbound lanes remain closed due to an overturned chemical tanker at mile marker 6.
