The Johnson City Board of Zoning Appeals is hearing a request by Evolve Development, for a parking variance that would allow them to build a parking area for their proposed development of the old General Mills property.The meeting is currently underway, with members of the Southside Neighborhood Organization, and Evolve representatives, making their pitches for and against granting the variance.We will have more on the board’s decision here on wjhl.com, and on News Channel 11 at 11pm.
