On Tuesday, April 22nd, officers with the Johnson City Police Department arrested 32 year-old Sherman Love and charged him with Identity Theft, Driving on Revoked License, Improper Registration, and Financial Responsibility.Around3:00pm, officers initiated a traffic stop on a gold Chrysler minivan near E.
