According to the East Tennessee Construction report released weekly by the Tennessee Department of Transportations, motorists should expect delays on Interstate 26, both eastbound and westbound, between mile markers 10 and 17 today.The report indicates rolling roadblocks are expected today around 2 p.m. to accommodate blasting going on at the construction project at Exit 13 in Gray. The brief roadblocks may cause sudden stops in traffic as well as slow moving or stopped conditions. Motorists should reduce their speed and use extreme caution when approaching the area, TDOT officials said.Similar roadblocks are also scheduled for Friday.
