A Tri-Cities man is behind bars for taking something that didn’t belong to him, according to investigators. Johnson City Police tell News Channel 11, Gregorio Rosales, 19, is charged with Theft of a Motor Vehicle and Burglary of a Motor Vehicle. The Johnson City man was taken to the Washington County Detention Center and is being held on a $20,000 bond. He’s scheduled to be in court Tuesday afternoon.Copyright 2014 WJHL. All rights reserved.
