Officials say a 17-year-old boy has been charged as an adult with aggravated assault and other charges in a shooting that wounded two students at a north Philadelphia charter high school. Officials say Raisheem Rochwell is being held on $500,000 bail Saturday after he turned himself in to police. Rochwell’s attorney wasn’t immediately listed in court documents.
