Mating season contributes to feral cat problem in Washington County TN

Many people who live in Johnson City said they’re beginning to see more and more colonies of stray cats roaming around. The Washington County Animal Shelters said with the return of the warmer weather, it’s mating season. Animal experts said many of these animals have not been spayed or neutered.
