On Tuesday, April 22 officers with the Johnson City Police Department arrested 67 year-old Ronald D. Alfano,and 43 year-old Ian M. Alfano,bothfrom Flag Pond, TN. Both are charged wiht felony shoplifting from Wal-Mart on Browns Mill Road. Loss prevention employees say they stopped the pair after they attempted to take $612.49 of merchandise.
